There is a deep ocean well inside the layer of the Earth's surface. This ocean is possibly beneath the 100 miles of the Earth's surface. The Ringwoodite is a tiny gemstone. This is very rare one. It will have a brown color. The scientists have found this tiny gemstone in the meteorites. This is for the first time such gemstone was found on the Earth. This leads to the conclusion that there is a deep ocean beneath the surface of the Earth at 100 miles. The Reason for arriving at such conclusion: About 1.5 percent of the weight of the Ringwoodite is due to the trapped water. The depth of the mineral associated with the gem suggests that there is lot of water below the Earth's surface. If this is so the meteorites that reached the Earth are from the Galaxies and other Planets are rich in water.
