meditation in school

I just went through an article which stated that a certain school in america has replaced punishment with meditation... Anyone violating the rules is simply sent to the principal 's office where they sit in a special room and meditate..... I think it is a very innovative and helpful way of teaching discipline to young Kids Wat do u think?

Meditation is a good thing and most probably it might work for the children. I have not read the article and is not sure how far it is successful. It is having a good result then it is the right thing and good to go for it.

Even I feel the same....more and more schools should come forward and adopt this

@amitkokiladitya I have heard about this before and I hope it's true. I think for some children, a calmer approach may do better than a stricter one. Guess it depends on the kid and what they did.
