Here’s a couple more short poems from my writing class. They don’t take a long time to read. I hope you enjoy the “word pictures” they paint. Can you imagine the scene? Poem #1 Treacherous coast lines of boisterous seas, A lighthouse on the shore. Water billowing nearer and nearer, Even closer than ever before. Poem #2 Mother Earth rests on eiderdown space Floating in the outer reaches The land and seas enclosed and safe Just as the Bible teaches.
