An art that is cherished

After much long boring timepass by watching television.I was cleaning my cupboard and found an art kit , i wondered why was i killing time these many days why didn't i nourish the hidden passion for art within me. So finally i wanted to do something artistic.My search for art and craft website started, planned the things and time. The image is my piece of art :)
Any comment is welcome , either appreciation or an advice for improvement :)

I know you didn't ask me..but i'm just chiming in..
This form of craft is called Quilling. It has become quite famous with some of us crafters. It is made by rolling really thin strips of paper in to shapes and sticking them together. Kinda time consuming. There are many video's on youtube if you would like to check it out.
