My Wife was upset of yesterday's World Teacher's Day.

When I got back home from work yesterday, my wife told me she was upset that she didn't even receive any card, note or a flower since it was the world celebration teachers. To keep away her disappointment, I told her that it is not of the material things that we receive to keep us doing what we ought to do because for me, as long as your students are motivated to go to school everyday and very to learn and explore things, that and among other intangible things is very precious gift a teacher could receive. (she cried).

thats sad...when i was in school, Teachers Day was a big deal. It was a day some students put up a whole program to entertain teachers while other senior students took charge of the Junior classes. Some of us did gift our teachers.

Pera gaps she had expected something from her students. You are right it is not always into material things.

Its sad.... I feel bad for your wife... I can understand what she must be feeling.... Tell her to let her actions speak her work ...leave all the rest to god
