Rich or Poor , Does it matter while choosing spouse ?

Some of us may not like to have a Poor Partner despite partner's qualities. Some of us may not care about Partner's financial status at all. I strongly feel that we must not judge an individual based on individual's financial status. Relationship is based on Love not Wealth.
Is it a true that Women always fall for Rich Guy ?

No, not true. The heart of a person is more important. I rather the person has heart of gold.

I never thought about money when I got married. But I was interested in other qualities that made me love my husband.

No, but it mostly change a woman when they see a guy with a cool car, clothing and money. but NOT all of them, some prefer to get to know the person well.
