Hey everyone! I hope your day is going well. It is a cold morning here at the Jersey Shore. Even inside I can't seem to get warmed up. I didn't sleep well last night so I am tired today. I don't know how I didn't sleep considering I was up at 4am yesterday, but I didn't. I am looking forward to a nap after work! Today is a rest day so no workout this evening. I also have leftover chicken from last night so I don't have to worry about making dinner. I'll have plenty of time to rest and relax tonight. What's everyone else up to today?
