no, i didn't know that people were that shallow. yes, i enjoy being complemented when i do something noteworthy, but i don't do anything just to get a complement. being kind or generous or helpful is just the way i choose to be. i don't do it to have someone say thank you, i do it because that's what you are supposed to do, be kind, generous and helpful. don't you agree?
