Why do we humans fall a sleep on the couch when we are not tired

When I watch TV I like to lay down. But my problem the minutes I lay down. I fall a sleep even when. I am not tired. Do you fall a sleep when you are not tired. I have no idea why I fall a sleep when I am not tired.

My grown children laugh about how, even if they're not tired, the minute they sit down here at the home they grew up in, they get sleepy!
