Re-reading

The boyfriend wants me to slumber very early because I still need to get the vaccine working for me. And it's so depressing because I can't sleep right away. So, instead of playing Plants vs Zombies 2 which gave me a lot of pressure. I will try to re-read Harry Potter and The Sorcerer's Stone. Hopefully I can sleep right away.
And if in case you can't find me anymore, that means I am sleeping.

I have now proven that if we want to be sleepy already , we have to read a book with the aid of a lamp shade . It will help us get sleepy .
But not when we play a game on our phone . The light from the phone activates our brain and keeps us so awake instead .

I don't see the photo, but when I read ~ I get sleepy so I would knock out quite fast. :)
