I Give Up

I give up, I was trying to fight the desire and feeling for taking a nap, but it is becoming to annoying to stay up. I have trouble with my eyesight and feel like I am getting a cold or something. So maybe the little nap will help me out. I do not like to give up, but I think that it is for the best for right now.

I have learned one thing over a period. Trying to stay awake when the body says no, is always counterproductive. It increases the time you take for completing activities subsequently. If the body says it is tired, it means so.

@marlina I like a nice nap, IF I dont wake up with a headache and groggy, often I do. So I generally want a nap but do not take a nap

After work (ca 12.30) im always so tired and so sleepy.Some days i manage lunch,some days i need a nap first then get up for lunch later

Why did you try to fight the desire and the feeling for taking a nap ? Is Mylotting a higher priority ? Or is it addictive ? :-) I think your eyes must have the highest priority for now, until they recover from the surgery completely. I understand your fighting though. Mylot is addictive to me sometimes.

I have never ever nap, most everyday I always have a long sleep and I need 4 clocks to wake me up. I tried but I can't and I don't know why Anyway and anyhow enjoy it and have a nice day!!

I hope you managed to have a good nap and feel refreshed... often our jodies know bettervthan we do what they need... to refresh..restore and re boot...lol...
