Did you get that FLU Shot?

I made it my day to get one! It's likely that I will follow through with all those symptoms that follow as they predict but, I sure will need a lot of beverages and good foodies!!!! I've got a book on "Apothecary Cocktails", for this week if anyone needs a little pick up on recipes!

I don´t like flu shots. What will be will be. And I think that as soon as they create a shot, the virus grow resistant to them. Let my body deal with the flu.

I can tell this, It seemed like I was catching up to the shot itself, first I got a sinus irritation then next the shot that just pays off so they say, you get symptoms a while then it starts to react!

I don't get the flu shot. Actually I don't think it is necessary for me. The flu changes all the time and we can't really follow it. Even if I had this shot, it could not gurantee me safe for sure. Besides, the flu is not a serious problem in my opinion.
