Today my son turned 9. He woke up at the usual morning time and opened his presents before his sister went to school. He loved everything he got. He was the most happy with the pokemon cards and Wrestlemania DVD. We had to do a few things in town to get ready for him to start cyber schooling. Hopefully everything goes smoothly and quickly and he will be enrolled in agora cyber schooling by Thursday the 21st. He helped me crack the eggs to bake a chocolate cake. That is all done and will be frosted in an hour or so when it completely cools. I am making him lasagna for dinner. At 6pm my parents, my sister and her 4 children, my father-in-law and his wife and son, my brother in law and his kids, along with my man and his son should be coming over for cake and ice cream. Usually my son has a big party for his birthday but he did not want that this year so we are just doing this small one at our house.

I did break up with my boyfriend but he wants to get back together. Said how he took out a loan for is all to move into a bigger house together in a few years and me have a baby. Said how if we get back together he will post on facebook that we are in a relationship because he knows now it matters to me. He said he didn't think I liked bars but I can go out with his friends and he should have taken me out to dinner more etc. I'm not jumping back into things until he shows he means them basically I will believe it when I see it. He didn't come to my house last night nor my brother in law. So it was half the amount of people. My son enjoyed it. We are going to be starting cyber schooling. At the third grade level they said only 20% will be done online the rest will be books etc. They will give him a laptop to use. He's enjoying this week off of school. I already seen a much happier kid but once we do the cyber schooling we will see how he acts.

@shaggin i sure hope that fella treats ya right, hon. y'ave been through 'nough already. i'd not rush 'nto havin' a babe with him neither. but then, that's jest me 'n my thoughts. i presume both'd a good reason fer not comin'? so glad yer son'd a grand time :) that's what 'tis all 'bout anyhow - feelin' special'n yer special day. that's wonderful they're providin' him a laptop to do his schoolin' with. i'm purty sure he'll do jest fine without the stress 'n distraction 'f the other young'uns. i'd suggest givin' him frequent breaks where he can burn off some energy if'n he starts havin' troubles. got my fingers crossed fer ya both!

@crazyhorseladycx He doesn't like to sit everything he does is standing up... Using the computer, playing video games.. He would do it while eating if I let him. Last year his teacher allowed him to stand at his desk all day to do his work as long as he wasn't destracting other students dancing around or anything. She was an absoluely wonderful teacher! I just let most things my man says go in one ear and out the other. Having another baby would change a lot of things and right now my sons tough enough to deal with without throwing that in the mix. I don't want to have a child with someone unless I know things will work out between us. I do not want to be a single parent again.

He did and not having to go to school was even better for him. I had a summer birthday so I never got to have a birthday in school like other kids I was always wishing I had.

He loved everything I got him as well as the money he got from his grandparents. I took him shopping the following day to buy himself things he liked with the money he got. He chose all pokemon stuff.

Only three out of the five adults I invited showed up. The smaller group was probably better for my son but I would have preferred if my man at least showed up since I made sure to go to his sons after he moved out.

Only half the group we invited showed up which was probably better for my son. Plus my house is small. There was a total of 6 adults and 7 kids.

Thank you. The weather today was perfect. I didn't check the temperature but I heard this morning that it was supposed to be 86 and I'd say it was pretty close! I think we hit record high temps here.
