Annoying work mate...

I have a colleague that most of the time annoys me. He keeps on talking and bothering me since he has nothing to do at work, compared to mine and when he seems to be busy but in fact he's just surfing the web or chatting on facebook which I can figure out since we're sitting right to each other. That fact annoys me.
Do you have someone like him in your company?

i try not to bother other people when i've done with my work. how come he's not working, while you're busy?

that's because we are on different department sitting with each other....he's the document controller for the procurement while i am the document controller for the QC and Testing & Commissioning. as you know the procurement work on the final stage of a stage doesn't demand a lot of work not unlike the QC. just sharing my insights.
