My cousin and her son's moved half way across the country and she posted that she found a job but the one drawback is that she has to drive eight minutes across town, lol ! I have watched many shows on HGTV where people are shown houses that they will have to ride on the bus twenty minutes to work or take a train and a bus, so they do not want to live there because that is TOO far to travel! LOL Well for me to go to the clinic I have to walk a mile (which takes a long time and very painful for me) to the bus stop and take three buses to get there and coming back the schedule changes and I will have to take four buses. The average drive to work around here is about one to two hours! So those people should feel lucky taking that short trip to work. How long does it take you or most people in your area to get to work?

Oh good grief! Eight minutes? My last job took 40 minutes to get there, and because of traffic an hour to get home. Not nearly as bad as it could be.

@AmbiePam She was joking! That is why she moved away from here, because of the congestion.

I am lucky. It only takes me 20-25 mins by bus to get to work. If I drive it is like 10-15 mins.
