Man fired over nude photo on myspace!

Did anyone else hear this? I just saw it on one of the news channels! What do you think of this? This man found a job on myspace jobs, and his employer looked at his profile a few weeks after he was hired and saw a nude photo. On the mans profile he had listed the company he worked for, for this reason, he was terminated! What do you think about this??
