OHHH MAH GAWD! I'm trying to work in a group for my class I'm taking, and it's driving me nuts.
Nobody shows up for meetings, there are random showings and meetings where not everyone shows up. One member dropped out of the team. And there is NO COMMUNICATION!

That's just terrible, how can you get them to work together? and one dropped out? that's just sad.

That would drive me nuts. It makes it bad for ones who are doing everything I used to hate projects like those when I was in school I'd always get stuck with those kind of people and doing most if not all of the work.
