I need some help with this pattern i want to start my scarves and I am not sure on one thing and need some help to get it figured out before I try doing this myself.Here is the pattern if someone can help me with this i would appreciate it. My problem is I need to know do I turn like you would on a normal project when you get to the end of a row or no? It does not say so I am not sure what I am suppose to do.
