It's a sunday here in the Philippines and for a normal Filipino family it's the perfect time to hear mass.I admit i'm not the religious type .I grew up a roman catholic and I know that it's a must to hear mass to give thanks and praise and to ask for forgiveness for the sins. It's been a while since I heard mass but I still communicate through praying alone. It's not everyday that I do it but I am aware that there is God Almighty. And just this morning I did something new ., I have these some things I bought from papemelrotti a store here in the Philippines which caters arts and craftmanship things., It's quite a religious thing I bought it's a bottle medicine and what's inside it are bible phrases written on a small card like cards and all you have to do is to pick one and read it.I picked mine and here's what it says :
" I praise you , Lord, because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful. I know that full well."
Psalm 139:14...
It's very refreshing and very warm on my part when I read it to myself. That's how I give praise and all.

When evaluating how “religious” someone is, social scientists and the general public tend to rely on the frequency of religious activities, strength or type of religious beliefs, relative importance of religion in one’s life, or some average of these aspects of religious life.
In reality it is very difficult to measure someone’s overall religiousness, religiosity or how religious she is on some sort of scale. Although it is common to hear one person describe another as “religious” or “not religious”.
