So for those who browse anime related content on Facebook or Google+ probably already know Dragon Ball Super finally is released as of this Sunday on Crunchyroll, Funimation, and Daisuki.net. I have await this day for several months! Why? Well I'm severly low on funds which means the only way I can support the anime I love is to watch them for free on legal streaming sites. And with Dragon Ball being my number favorie anime franchise and having gotten Dragon Ball Super after waiting nine years for a new Dragon ball series, I wanna do my part in supporting it. Also, I can finally catch up on what I missed of the current "Goku Black Saga." WOOOOOO! :D

I had been watching it illegally at kiss anime for a long time. Goku Black seemed like a Pallette swap but he reminds me more of Psylocke. He is like an evil male Psylocke.

@CaptAlbertWhisker Last I checked foreigners like you can only watch it illegally since Daisuki.net, Hulu, Crunchyroll, Funimation, Vizmdia.com, and other legal anime streaming services are only accessible to the U.S. and U.K. with the exception of Funimation who's only U.S. exclusive. And I see how he's like a male psylocke, it's that aura blade he and Zamasu use. But yeah I would've beenwatching it on Kissnime if my computer wasn't screwed up. But I've gotta settle for my playstation Crunchyroll app for the time being. But at least I can catch up, and look for all the hints to Goku Black's identity. :p

@Hanyouyomi Most Filipinos I know didnt know Super exists. I think they already outgrew it. Ever since the violence censorship here, there is more Cartoons than Anime in the Philippines. I use to enjoy super gory anime in the Philippines but not anymore. Now it is all Spongebob,Dora,Pepa Pig and Sanjay and Craig. Back in the early 2000's Anime is at Prime time television now it is all about those Primetime soap operas with Eurocentric looking mixed race actors and actresses. Cable channels still airs anime but that makes Anime less mainstream here. Right Now the best place for an Anime fan would be a Latin American country. Anime is super mainstream in Latin America these days.

@CaptAlbertWhisker We have a somewhat similar situation in the U.S. From the late 80s to about 2007, we got a wide variety of anime shown on t.v. censored and uncensored. The uncensored material aired on movie channels like HBO, Starz, and Showtime. Those channels were how I learned about Armitage The 3rd, Roujin-Z, Cashaan:Robot Hunter OVA, and Street Fighter II:The Movie. Edited anime like Dragon Ball Z, Sailor-Moon, Ruroni Kenshin, Ronin Warriors, Voltron, Robotech, Teknoman aired on Saturday Mornings, Sunday Mornings, or after school which eventually lead to Toonami. During the drought of 2008 to 2012, it seemed like T.V. networks took less chances on airing edited anime and focused on airing anime aimed at kids like Bakugan, Pokemon, Digimon, Little Battlers, Yugi-Oh Arc-V, and Taichi Chasers. While the anime aimed at teens and adults aired on the revived Toonami in 2012, which I'm sure you took part in the twitter campaign of #BringBackToonami. But regardless during the drought, Naruto aired briefly on Disney XD and DBZ Kai and DBGT aired on Nicktoons, but that didn't last... A part of me thinks that this occurred in part because the general public had become aware of anime's "adult content," and since the consensus was "anime is for kids," companies couldn't risk airng censored versions of anime like Naruto, One-Piece, or Sailor-Moon. Especially since anime fans have made their issues with the censorship known. However those of us who have digital cable have access to Anime Network where we can watch a variety of anime in Japanese with English subtitles. Which is nice.
