If you were President…

If you were President, what would you do your first 100 days in office? There is so much to do that needs correcting, however how would you face that and what steps would you take to tackle it? For me, I would work on education, Veterans and of course the National Debt. After that, probably, besides making sure our Supreme Court had its judges, the focus would be on student debt, low income help and jobs to be increased. I am not sure there is much more that you could do in the short time you would have and what you would be faced with. I encourage all nations to answer this one, because you may have an idea that those who live in America don’t have. Thanks for stopping by, Aingeal

A president of the U.S. is actually VERY limited in what they can really accomplish. They can suggest many things but everything has to be approved by Congress. That's what so many people don't understand. The president is not DICTATOR. That's why I don't understand how a president can be BLAMED for anything nor can be credited with much of anything either. A president can present ideas, but does not have the POWER to make them happen.

Alice, Thank you for the reply and yes, you are correct. So I should correct myself, I would bring forth to Congress the changes I would like to see made, hopefully in a persuasive way that most could agree - because if we are honest, not everyone will agree. Good points.
