How do you use your left overs, or do you?

I love cooking. I grew up in a family that was rather large so I am used to making food for the Army to stop by and still have leftovers to serve the next day. I have found very creative ways to use these leftovers so that they are useful. Such as using an old meatloaf for spaghetti the next day. Turning a roasted chicken dinner into soup for the week. Things like that. What is one of your favorite ways to use leftovers? It would be great to give people ideas on how to use that last piece of meatloaf or rice bowl left in the fridge before it goes bad. As always, Aingeal
