Do you volunteer?

In today’s world, a lot is placed on volunteering, especially for jobs. Do you volunteer? What do you get out of it on a personal level? Do you just volunteer for one place or many?
I love my volunteer time and it makes me grow as a person as I do more.

I used to volunteer. I volunteered at a nonprofit thrift store for two years. I worked in the donation room. They used the profits from the shop to ship new stuff to missionaries around the world. They requested what they needed. We shipped the items they wanted and lots of extras for their comfort.
