M.T. Cicero says - The welfare of the people is the chief law. Do you think that it is happening really for the rich and the poor equally? Francis Bacon says- There is no worse torture than the torture of law. Robert Button - He that goes to law, holds a wolf by the ears. People say that a poor man can not fight in the court, if he fights, he can not win, A poor man does not have so much money to spend and time because he has to earn two time meal for his children. What to speak of fighting he can not wear the proper clothes and give to his children. Sometimes, he and his children get only one time meal.I think inequality plays a very impotant role in this matter.Inquality and necessity are very important factors that we should all consider considerately. Samuel Butler says- In law nothing is certain but the expenses. We should first know why the laws are being broken by the poor, it may be possible that his necessity may be greater than law itself. Benjamin Franklin says- Necessity knows no law.

I agree that the enforcement of law is lopsided favoring the rich who can afford to engage the best lawyers. The poor has to lap up what is left behind for bare survival. Justice is always delayed and that means denied in countries like India - siva

Thanks a lot for a sensible response. I think that Everybody has a latent desire to rule but the rich , cunning, and crafty persons win this competition. The rich have to swallow this bitter truth that the rich are born to rule and the poor to be ruled. Even the law supports the rich and the stronger.

@sunilmishra7756 Let the rich make merry but not at the cost of the poor as it happens everywhere. They work hard but not so hard to make billions - siva

@Shiva49 The law is law. At least the law makers must not break the law.Today, nobody wants to invite the troubles so people avoid going to court. They know well that justice will be so late, till then'the late'word will have been written before their names. Justice delayed is justice denied. Thanks .

Actually I'm beginning to think that there are 2 sets of laws, one for the rich and another for the poor. The super rich and powerful is above both laws or above the law

I really like your way of thinking. The rich are rich because they have a talent to fool the poor. The rich never think of the poor but in their speeches, they know how to show the wordy sympathy for them. I think that inequality makes men a criminal. The consiquences of dicrimination are always dangerous. I think that Without spending oneself, it is useless for one to become rich.

Laws are for everyone... But those who follow and are affected are the poor only

A man is what he thinks. You are right because your ideas are bright. Some say that they have no knowledge about the laws but Ignorance of law is no excuse. J.w. Goethe writes- There is nothing more frightening than active ignorance. Thanks a lot.
