How to get more weight

always be told you're too thin, it's a big problem for me, though I have 42kg now. so how to get more wight in a healthy way?

I gain weight quickly when I eat rice 3x a day, sleep not less than 8 hours and eat/drink cold/sweets. I lose weight quickly by not eating rice/cold/sweets and not drinking cold/sweets. My only problem is money for buying foods to gain weight.

We have same weight. I would like to gain weight too. My boyfriend usually tease me. I remember when we went to the Giant Buddha in Hongkong, he told me he was worried that the air would lift me because I am very light. He was such a bully that time.

Perhaps eat more protein? Do you eat enough for your weight. But some people just don't gain!

@lovelyironady I would love to donate you some of my fat lol! But yes bulking will give you muscles. I get jelly when I see people eat an abundance and not gain!

Eat strategically.... Having light meals multiple times throughout the day is said to be good if your aim is to control weight and be energetic. So that would not be something I would try. Stay relaxed and happy. And always respect what you are eating.

Even i was thin and use to try many things to put on weight, with work out also you can put on weight. As a person ages aldo can put on weight.

You know, I've always had the same problem. I've always been a little underweight. I don't think I weight much more than you. I don't know what it is, but I just can't keep any kind of weight on me.

You are indeed too thin. You should gain more weights. You can gain more weight by eating more portion of your daily meals than usual.

Haha i am also thin my weight is 40 kg but i think it is enough for a me according to my age i am 13 complete . But i am not fat i am slim and my bones are heavy so i think the weight you have that is of your bones if you want to become healthy so eat some oily food but not soo that it cause a disease.
