Do you think it's wrong to put little girls in beauty pagents?

Probably once in awhile wouldn't be too bad, if the child wanted to do it. But I think doing them on a regular basis woud give the girl a warped sense of what is important in life.

I think that if the child wants to be in a pageant...then fine, let them. If the child is stressed and overexherted then it is not good for them. Many parents try to force their children into pageants and that is not good. It stresses them especially if they dont like it. It also puts them at risk because many pedophiles like to hang out at events like that. Personally I don't think that it is in the best interest of a child to be in a pageant but I would not mind if my child wanted to do it a couple of times.

I think it's wrong when a mother forces their little girls into it when they really don't have an interest in being apart of that sort of thing. I think that if the little girl wants to do it (without the mother forcing or over-influencing her) then it's OK!

No, I think it's okay but I wouldn't go over board with them though. My baby girl was in one and won first place and overall. She has only been in one pagent.
