Bad habits.

Each of us have a lot of bad habits. And we rarely recognize them. The fact that they affect so many of our lives. Recently, I found out that I have formed a very bad habit, using smart phone to read newspapers and surf the Web before going to bed. This habit makes me stay up late because I could not sleep. I got out of this bad habit when my health recently became depressed, not awake to work the next morning. I've tried to quit, but has yet to be :( Do you have any advice for me? And you can share your bad habits?

Replace that habit with something else. It's that simple. Okay, now, when it's time when you wanna start surfing the web with that phone, tell yourself I will be drinking 2 Half Glasses of water by that time, and start up. You'd be amazed how that old is fallen off. Lolz

I smoked for around 50 years. That´s probably my worst habit. I quit a few years ago, but that does not take back the harm.

Smoking is really a worst habit. Can you tell me what do you do to quite it after 50 years? My husband has tried to quit many times but he was failure. It's lucky because that habit does not take back the harm.

YES! i have the same problem....but i have been trying to manage my time better. like if i assign 2 hours to mylot in the morning...i try not to stay here after that...just like that, i have divided my day on the bases of priorities...and sleep get 7-8 hours of it. Initially you will have to force yourself to stop. Once you see and feel the effect of how it is helping you be more productive ...it will get easier
