The snowflakes are falling all around us and I thought that we were not going to be getting any here at my house but I was wrong, we are getting flurries right now. It is very cold out so I am not sure how much will actually stick but it is always beautiful to see the snow fall while the trees are still bright with colorful leaves.
It is falling quite steadily but I tried to capture it in a picture and it doesn't really show yet so I will have to include an older picture when we had quite a lot of snow!!

lol Snow always looks pretty but it makes driving dangerous and walking slippery so better viewed from a distance.

@BelleStarr I grew up in NY until i was 19. I definitely miss the snow. =(

you scared me for a minute when i seen that picture. I was thinking oh no I hope it is not headed our way. lol Way to early for any amount of snow just yet.

lol The most anyone will get will be an inch or two, it is too early for more unless we get a freak storm.

Ummm, here we rarely get snow in winter so when you talk about getting it this early in the year I have to shiver @BelleStarr it's still in the 80s in the day here and our nights are not quite cold enough for a real blanket although it is cool enough for a short sleeved tshirt.

It is too early and no, it is still cold but the snow was gone the same day, it turned into rain.

Yes, quite early. It usually doesn't snow until December. We might get an occasional November storm and that ice storm a few years ago in October but not normally.

@BelleStarr It seemed kind of early. For my part of the world I figure all bets are off once Halloween is gone. Snow tires are legal the first of Novermber.

My grandkids love the snow too at least the ones who don't have to drive to work through it do. lol When you get older, it is just an annoyance after the first snow. We all love the first one, it is so fresh and clean.

I heard the snow was coming to some parts the other day, especially north in Canada- so I guess that system blew by your way. We missed it this time and it actually is supposed to be a bit warmer for a few days- I'll take it. haha!

It was in the 30's (-1C) this morning will be going up to the 60s (15.5C) within a few days , it is type fall in New England lol

I've never experienced being at the snowy area.
Where I live is faaaarrrr away from snow.
Your description made me think how it would have been if I would have been there.. #chilll.. #snowy #dry skin

@BelleStarr And I don't like to deal with dry skin..
I mean it's very hard to manage the skin to be smooth when its so cold .

Lots of snow ! and it looks so beautiful. No wonder there is the song "winter wonderland'. Where I live we don't have snow...though the days are getting chillier.
