OMG!!! 2 kilos....

I have gained 2 kilos from days.... Ohhh... Its too much... Because of too much oily foods I had these 2 days. I was 55.5kg before ai went RIU, but now when Im checking its 57.4kg... Im really worried... Have to increase my Green Tea potion asap or else I have to diet...... :(

The best diet is to eat with moderation and variety. Lots of vegetables and fruit, but also protein and other nutrients

Mmm. I dont like sweets much. Yeah have to reduce oil. No need to go to gym. 4 machines at home...lol.. But I dont use them...hahaha

Just a little bit of added weight. Nothing to worry about if you get it off now. If it was 5 or 10 pounds that would be different. Good luck with the green tea.
