Too easy to be a Voter in my state

It is way to easy to register to vote in my state. It can be done at county offices, the motor vehicle department, libraries and online. There have been examples of dogs having been registered to vote. A few years ago a man came forward and said he had just learned that you had to be a citizen to be eligible to vote and that since he didn't know that, he had been voting since 1998. Back before the organization known as Acorn was made illegal, I was in line to vote and there was a man who was a strong supporter of Acorn and it appeared to me that he was, in effect, escorting another man to vote who probably really was not eligible and who was voting as he was told. Acorn was notorious in my state for getting non citizens registered to vote.

I've never heard of Acorn, but you're right about it being easy to vote. In an effort to get citizens involved they've made it easy for fraud to thrive.

The American voting system sounds so complicated.
