Losing Weight, Staying in Shape

Staying in shape while losing weight; it is healthy. In other words, when someone like me sheds a few pounds, I still keep my shape. Does this happen to everyone? I don't know, but it tells me that I can be me without the extra pounds. So, with a beneficial workout regimen, I can lose weight and still be myself and the dropped pounds was extra. No matter how one sees themselves, he or she should have realistic plans and goals.
