I was Amazed

Last Wednesday, I made up my mind to visit Dr.Tan,a known doctor who practices traditional Chinese medicine. At nine in the morning,I was already at Roxas blvd. It was quite late in the morning.According to what I've read on a blog,it is better to visit before lunch because the queue is shorter. I got off in front of Binondo church, from there I started to search his clinic on foot. It was like finders keepers coz I expected I could easily locate his clinic but it turned out that he was not popular to Filipinos. It was only when I asked a Chinese proprietor that I got clearer instructions. There was a long queue when I entered the old building with two white lion statues on the main door. Two doctors were in the building, the younger Tan came in a bit late,I was examined by the younger Tan ,who happens to be the son of the old Dr.Tan.My pulse were checked and as well as my tongue. He Uttered something in Chinese which I did not comprehend. I guess, he understood my what- the- heck-this-guy - is - talking- about look on my face so he suddenly spoke in Tagalog. "cyst gallbladder, minsan ikaw sakit tiyan (cyst, sometimes painful stomach) " "ikaw dighay madalas, acidic" ( you burp quite often, acidic) "cyst ovary" Wow, i was amazed. Everthing he said was correct. Then he asked if I want to boil herbs or take herbal tablets.I preferred the more effective which is boiling herbs. He gave me prescription in Chinese and list of food to abstain from. The herb is bitter but tolerable. But the list of food to abstain from is quite a challenge. Huhuhu.

If you want natural healing the approach is always holistic. You have to follow the herbal medication and you also have to avoid all the foods and lifestyle that trigger your diseases, if you do, you surely will be healed.

There are more and more people these days who go to herbalists or naturopaths instead of going to medical clinics.. I hope it works for you... though it's hard to avoid foods we love...

Yes the hardest part is the diet. Last night, I just boiled sweet potatoes. No oil,no fats, no guilty feeling hahahaha

I hope the herb medication will work for you. Please post an update here, and who knows, I might ask my husband to go there and consult him too.
