Nice Evening by the Fire

Well we just got back inside the house from a nice evening out on the deck by our fire pit with some friends. We made smores, had a few drinks, laughed, and talked. It was such a relaxing night and it was so nice to have people over and enjoy it with. My son enjoyed sneaking chocolate and marshmallows only, getting a little upset when we cut him off from the chocolate. He was in his spider man pajamas that my mom bought him for his birthday and the temperature was nice enough where his pajamas and the heat of the fire was enough to keep him comfy and cozy. Have you ever made smores by a fire? If so how do you like to roast your marshmallows? I like mine with a burnt outside but the inside gooey and white. All of my marshmallows caught fire tonight lol. I didn't take chocolate because I don't like hershey's chocolate.
