Do you live for today or for tomorrow?

We all know that our future starts today and that we shouldn't delay our activities. But is it what we really do? I have to confess that I am, unfortunately, one of those people that are always trying to leave things for the next day. "tomorrow i'll do it", "today I don't have time", "next weekend I'll start it". What about you? Do you tend to do the same? Or do you do things as soon as you can?

I live one day at a time. Whatever I get done, is done. If I see a new day, I set out with the same determination to achieve my goals, whatever they may be.

@fufurinha - Things that are already planned for a future date, I have to leave for tomorrow. I'm not young any more. I've already raised my kids. I don't work outside the home. I work for myself, at home. I pretty much have the same “To Do List” and tasks to be accomplished for each day. The things that I can get accomplished each day, if I couldn't get them done then … there's always tomorrow. If I live.

I put things off til the last minute. They call it procrastination. They say that procrastination is the biggest nation in the world. I think that is true.

@fufurinha Me too but it really messes up my life. It leaves me scrambling to get things done at the last minute. I don't do them well.

Almost always , I am a person who will not let the day pass without doing the things that I should do for that day.And when I started it, I see to it that is finished before the day ends.

I selectively put off things for tomorrow whenever I'm feeling lazy. It's and I know because it will tend to catch up with my regular schedule and I end up not having enough time to get everything done. I know most people say that we should live for the moment and hope for the best. But I worry a lot and I get anxious if I cannot plan ahead. But then again things don't usually happen according to plan.
