My lower back still hurts

It's still with me. I don't know why it likes to say with me. Hope it won't be forever. I requested an officemate who want out on official business to buy pain reliever for me but another officemate told me that it's not good to take pain relievers it may affect our internal organs. I'm waiting for the medicine so that I can take it. I still report to office though I can't move and walk comfortably. I even wished that it's already 5pm so that I can already go home. Waiting is so long.... I still have over five hours to go.

A hot patch sounds like a good idea.

i think it will negatively affect your internal organs if you take too much and often. but if you're taking it only when you feel pain, but stop when it's gone, then i don't think it will damage your kidneys immediately. i hope you take one so you can work properly and commute home safely later, then apply a hot compress to the area when you get home.

maybe it's kinda cold at your back, how about putting some oil on it having some one massage your back.

if you can't move or walk properly you should definitely take the pain killers. Did you do something that hurt your back?

The pain already lessened. However, I still have to have my laboratory tested. Maybe I'll do it next week.

I could not think of any but there was a time when I was carrying my younger sister on my shoulder and my younger brother pushed me at my back and there was pain from my waist down. I was about 10 or 11 years old at that time. Several years ago, I was diagnosed with lumbar spondylosis. According to my doctor, the tissues connecting my spines are already thin. I don't really know if you can understand what I meant.
