I heard that. In America the people without any depts and they have atleast 10$, then they are richest people as compared to other 25% of American people. I think it's wrong, What about you?

A citizen with 0% debts should consider himself fortunate, as having debts is a load on anybody´s shoulders

well it is alarming to know the actual amount of people in debt. ...so it is not impossible...it might even be more...
