Uribe likely won't be prosecuted in the shooting of two men in the Dominican Republic because officials say they've seen no proof that Uribe had anything to do with the incident, the Associated Press reports. Recommendation: Prosectors are giving the accuser 10 days to submit some type of evidence or they will not pursue charges. Uribe is still in the Dominican playing winter ball
