The more you write you better you will become

Is the above statement true for you as far as writing on myLot is concerned? For me I find that to be the case. Well, at least it seems to me. By writing more I’ll need to read up more and do a little bit of research on areas where I find I lack knowledge. Also I’m forced to think hard as I want my writing to turn out well. Well in the sense that it’s simple, interesting and clear. No ambiguity as I do not want anybody to misunderstand me. At times it’s easy enough to write but at other times I struggle as I can’t seem to be able to produce something comprehensible and worth reading. Here at myLot, it is a very good platform to write anything that’s on my mind as the readers are very forgiving whenever I make a mistake. By the way, making mistakes can be a good thing as I can learn from my mistakes and improve on my writing. Do you have the same thinking?

@skysnap Yes, but we also need to read other people's works too.

Yes I agree with you.. but in my case I do more of reading than writing ..and of course interacting does a lot of good ..

fist of all i must say hello to my lot. i was not here about a year. so have no idea about the present situation in my lot.but i can say something i gained in the previous year. at that time i had a good bunch of friends whom i met up through my lot. they were very friendly indeed. we used to share what we did in the day to day life. so they were not mere discussions.i learnt and earned many things from my lot in that context but not even a penny uptodate.

@kevinakash As I've mentioned myLot is a good platform to practise your English. Keep it up.
