The support centre is at the top of my parents road

The support centre for the crash has been set up at the top of my parents road. I want to go and help but I am 3 hours away and the roads will be blocked.

Okay I missed something. Need to go back and find out what crash you're talking about. Or is it the one I saw on the news this morning about a bus crash?
