Anxiety Problems

November 11, 2016 8:54am CST
So Biting my nails has been really bad for the past weeks... Anxiety causes sleeping problems, and new research suggests sleep deprivation can cause an anxiety disorder. Research also shows that some form of sleep disruption is present in nearly all psychiatric disorders. Studies also show that people with chronic insomnia are at high risk of developing an anxiety disorder. i sometimes wake up in the middle of the night and cry.. it is honestly stressful. like you want to sleep more in the day but you have to get up for work! it doesn't happen allll the time but mostly when i'm worrying about things. a lot is going on right now so i think i need to at least de-stress a little bit before going to bed...

Autogenous Training and/or Yoga may help. Can you attend courses somewhere nearby?

We have free yoga sessions every Saturday mornings and also during weekdays if someone is available to join. I try to at least meditate before going to bed and also Pray.
