I think I belong somewhere else

I have known this for a long time that...My sleep patterns are terrible. No matter what I do to give myself a strict schedule or be carefree is that it will always be backwards from everyone else. I do not know what it is but I feel so much better with sleeping during the day. Perhaps it is the noise pollution? Or it could be simply that I am a vampire. Or maybe I belong on the other side of the world. Maybe when my mom and dad lived in Guam for a few months with me as an infant it messed me up, because I have always been like this. I have a thing where I can only sleep 3-4 hours if I actually do manage to sleep at night. It is annoying, even if I take no naps during the day, even if I am on medication, do home remedies, I will just never have a sleep pattern.

You should undergo an acupuncture. It's the best and natural treatment for insomnia. Or go to spa for a whole body massage.

I worked night shifts for years and I like sleeping during the day. It is normal to me. As of this writing, i should be sleeping because I report to work at 4am. Time right now is 9:45 pm

Too bad my body has too much pain to work and I also do not drive and walking to a place in the dark and home in the dark is not the best idea in the city!

My sleep patterns have undergone changes that I think are not helping me. I awake at 4 in the morning and feel extremely sleepy at 10 o'clock or 11. I am compelled to take a nap to get fresh.
