Do you think people should be held accountable for their actions no matter what?

YES! I think that's one of the things wrong in the world now. People do what they do because they have no fear of the consequences.

No, for those that genuinely don't understand the consequences and have limited or no control of their actions they shouldn't be accountable as such. BUT, they should be locked away in a treatment facility until they are able to understand and function in society. nd then, possibly, prosecuted for previous actions...but I do have issues with that.

Hmmmm....I understand if they are incompetent or mentally challenged, that would be the exception, and would need to be proven, but otherwise,yes, I believe people should definitely be held accountable.
