Is it impossible to apologize for a politician? / myLot

Have you ever found a politician who has apologized for a mistake he committed? There may have been one somewhere. At least, I haven't found any? Is it impossible for a politician to say sorry?

Our politicians apologize often, even our president. His last apology letter was last month to magistrates that he had mishandled in an interview. It is really not a mature attitude to never apologize.

I am sure a few must have apologized. Others just make excuses.
