I am discovering the properties of a seed that grows in the Andes, mostly in Perú and Bolivia. The properties are multiple and we can use it instead of rice, pasta and potatoes. It has omega3 and 6, more proteins that other side dishes and also has more fiber. Have you eaten quinoa?

@DesirousDreamer You don´t have to give up anything. But you can ADD other ingredients to your diet.

It is always good to add new foods to our diets. I eat often quinoa salads. The flour is good too for people not eating gluten.

I haven't tried quinoa although I've heard good things about it. I'm a bit suspicious about new foods sometimes and worry that I won't like it and will have wasted my money.
