Attachment issues with children

I am starting my life over as a single mother of a 19 month old baby girl. I desperately need to get back to work asap. I've tried 3 babysitters and they call me to come get her because she screams.

If they were good babysitters they would use a distraction and after a little while your little one would be fine. I watch an 18 month old who's only been to me and she cried the first couple times I watched her for about 20 minutes when she got here. Once we all started playing with her she was no longer thinking about mommy being gone and she was fine!

If u lived close I would babysit I have a boy around her age I hope you find a good babysitter that's right for you and her

She just needs to get used to someone and have a Babysitter who is patient and will play with her at her level.
