New Coke

No back in 1985 Coke took there original formula off the market and replaced it with a new formula the was given the unofficial name of new coke. There was a massive public outcry over this and Coke's sales plummetted. Eventually the people at Coke got the message and brought back the original formula and called it Coca-Cola Classic, which is still its new to this day. New Coke stayed on the market for a few years but no one bought it and it was eventually discontinued.
