They have gone downhill!

Around 2005 my daughter (then about 15) we used to go Cici's Restaurant quite frequently and loved it.The managers were always very kind to us. When we walked in the door the managers and the cooks knew what type of pizza's that we wanted. I also enjoyed their chicken soup. I also loved the garlic cheese biscuits and I covered them with whit sauce. We also could purchase tokens for the game machines in the arcade at the register. In 2006 or so the managers were transferred to other locations And we went in after that and the Cici's store that we normally went in and enjoyed ourselves and the floors, tables and chairs were dirty. However the two cooks that were there remembered us and what pizza's that we wanted. This past Friday, after not being there for a very long time I took my soon to be (2 days) 10 year old granddaughter there for a late lunch. We came in, both very thirsty and there was no cashier their to assist us. I walked back looking for someone by the pizza ovens behind the pizza bar...... no one there! I yelled, "Hello, does anyone work here." Still no one came out from the back and I walked back to the register where my granddaughter was waiting for me. Finally a man came out and ran up that we want the buffet and drinks. As I was trying to pull my card out to pay, he seemed irritated because it was taking me a minute to get it out of my wallet and he said harshly," Excuse me, while you find that!" and he walked away and came back a minute later. We got our cups, found a table clean.... the only clean one was filled with sunlight shining in our faces because the blind at the next tables window was no there, it had apparently broke off. I looked down to see the floors were dirty also. We walked back to get something to kill our thirsts. Being for medical issues I need to mostly drink and eat certain drinks and foods.They no longer had any clear type of drink such as a Sprite, 7 Up, Ginger Ale or Sierra Mist.However luckily it won't kill me to every once and a while to drink or eat something that is not on my medically planned diet so I got a root beer. After returning to our table with our drinks my granddaughter and I got plates from the stack near the salad bar and walked over to the pizza bar area and found that there was no white pizza and only one slice of cheese pizza that my granddaughter wanted. Plus all the other pizza trays on the bar were empty. I asked the man for a white sauce pizza with chicken and mushroom like I had got there before. He said that he would fix it. I decided to get some of the wonderful chicken soup while I was waiting for the pizza to bake. I looked at it and the substance appeared to be watered down! I did get a delicious garlic cheese biscuits and white sauce tasted great. We went back to the pizza bar and saw that another person baking was also there and there was some more pizza there including the white pizza. I looked at it and it was just white pizza with out the toppings. Eating I found that it was only crust and cheese, no white sauce. The child did not like the cheese pizza much either, said it was dry tasting.I walked over to get a brownie and the tray was empty nd the woman that was cooking was no longer there. I went to the man asking for some more. My granddaughter got a cinnamon bun that was sitting in the area where the sign said was an apple flavored dessert.
