My one question about blogging is does anyone have any sites that they are currently in to that pay you to blog?

For me, the important thing is how to get traffic? I have several blogs and yes, although I do see increase in the visitors, but still not ideal. I have tried several ways of promoting my blog but can never seem to drastically increase it. Any good idea to share?
