Good morning myLot!

Hey everyone. I hope your day is off to a great start. It is cold but clear and sunny here at the Jersey Shore. It is currently 41 degrees F but it is supposed to get all the way up to 67 which will be downright balmy. I can't wait. I'll open the windows up to get some fresh air into the house. Right after responding to someone last night that I never sleep in, I slept 2 hours later than normal today. It was wonderful. That tough workout last night is to blame I'm sure. I am surprised that my crazy orange cat didn't try to wake me up like he normally does. I guess he was passed out too. We don't have any plans for the day. My husband will probably go out and deal with the leaves this morning. Then we will most likely go out to lunch as that is our usual Saturday thing to do. What is everyone else up to today?

Glad to hear that you slept in. Sometimes our bodies just need it. I wanted to sleep in but my fiance was up bright and early and had coffee and breakfast going. I know his intentions were good and breakfast in bed was sweet but I would have preferred the extra 2 hours of sleep. lol We got the Santa Claus parade to go to athe 6. I am thinking I am going to go some Christmas decorating this afternoon. Enjoy your day.

I will put up the Christmas decorations on Friday after Thanksgiving. That was nice that you had breakfast in bed. I just made mine. Scrambled eggs with veggies as always on this diet.

@NJChicaa I just found out the other day that my daughter is following a plan similar to what you are on. She has been on it a few weeks now and doing quite well. She only has a few pounds that she wants to lose but she is enjoying the meal plan and the workouts.

when i'm replying for this it is almost the end of the Saturday. today i went to visit my uncle who was long time no see. they were very happy to see me too. we had lunch there. today was ful of excitement fo me

I didn't sleep much last night but I'm happy I'm awake today to do some Myloting. Right now I'm listening to music and I feel great. I hope you have an amazing day.
