What do you think of Anti-Depressant medication?

Not sure, I have been on anti-depressants, I suppose they make you more stable and have more level headed thinking, although, if you keep miss taking your tablets, it doesn't have a great effect on you...for some people they are good, but for others, it's worse...that doesn't really answer your question, but that is my thoughts on it!

Thank you for responding. I agree that anti-depressants can make you worse and I have been on them, myself and I felt terrible if I missed a day or 2.

Hi Jennyl, In my personal experience, yes, antidepressants are helpful in many situations, apparently depression can come from a chemical imbalance in the brain, antidepressants can correct this. It needs time to work, maybe 3-6 weeks before you get the benefit. Believe me, it gace me my life back!!! Regards Sue
